Deep, with a light earthy note, hints of dried herbs and undergrowth, moss, and wet stone mineral. It has just enough structure, a lot of freshness in the mouth, present but soft and polished tannins, slight bitterness, a distinctive wine with plenty of character, reminiscent of the old Alentejo.
